Got my full squat back 9 days after a meniscus scope surgery. Did the same surgery for my left knee end of October, but that time I didn’t use the Incredi full sleeve @incrediwear from the first day and it took much longer. It might been that the knee was slightly different to, but I pretty much had the same surgery. Don’t loose your squat, it’s a key factor for getting out of difficult situations ! Even though I have the corona symptoms I am able to do a little recovery training for the knee. Not 100% sure without testing, so it’s vague. Just think of all the people that can’t be tested quick. I was skeptical to it the beginning, but I think it’s an unique little fu%#er we are dealing with. We 🌍 as a team is important, maybe this will makes us team up more. Burn some flags and dance together .. #sittinglow
