Popping up out of nowhere to take the competitive big air and slopestyle scene by storm, Mark McMorris has literally demolished boundaries, scooping some of the biggest titles en route. Where a flat-land kid from Regina, Saskatchewan learned to ride like this is anybody’s guess, but the facts of his progress can be easily measured in podiums around the world, including a 2011 X Games Slopestyle Silver and Gold at the legendary Air & Style in Innsbruck.
McMorris is just starting to rev up his competitive engine, but the kid rips regardless of cash prizes—as evidenced by his status as the rider with not one, but two triple cork variations under his belt.
