バックカントリーを舞台に世界のビデオスターを集めて行われたRed Bull Supernaturalは、今でもコア・スノーボーダーたちに語られる伝説の大会だ。
その舞台となったのが、カナダBC州ネルソン、バルドフェイスだ。
元々この場所は、レジェンド・ライダーとして世界のスノーボーダーたちからリスペクトされたクレイグ・ケリーが惚れ込んだスポット。シーズン中の積雪量がどこよりも多く、しかも良質で過酷なスロープがある場所。
今回アップされた動画、Travis Rice and the History of Baldfaceでは、各トップ・ライダーたちのハイライトシーンなど紹介している。
バルドフェイスは、クレイグ・ケリー、そしてトラビス・ライスがライディングをプッシュをした結果、発掘されたスノーボーダーの聖地だ。
