ENDEAVOR SNOWBOADS AND AIRHOLE FACE MASKS LAUNCH IN UNITED STATES
Former VP Of Mervin Manufacturing To Lead New Sales For Upcoming Season

After almost a decade growing their high-quality brand in Canada and internationally, Endeavor Snowboards and Airhole Face Masks are proud to announce a new partnership with top United States distributor Greg Hughes.

Hughes will draw on nine years of experience as vice president of sales for Mervin Manufacturing to launch Endeavor’s artistic decks and Airhole’s products in the best snowboard shops throughout the country.

“I am excited to be working with Endeavor because, while it’s a fairly new brand here in the US, they have been around for nine years in Canada and internationally,” said Hughes. “That means a lot of growing pains are in the past. They worked out all of the bugs that plague upstarts and come to the market well-seasoned with great production, spot on graphics and up-to-the-moment design.”

Endeavor Snowboard’s strategy to move into the United States for the 2011 season aligns tightly with Hughes’s experience. Over the past eight years, the Vancouver-based snowboard company has always strived to establish partnerships with strong, experienced players in the industry who have the dedication to launch foreign brands into the market. “Greg certainly has the experience, following a successful tenure as vice president of sales at Mervin Manufacturing,” said Max Jenke, CEO of Endeavor Snowboards. “His dedication to Endeavor Snowboards and Airhole Facemasks is evident as he embarks on this new venture. I am excited to work with Greg on developing the brand and launching in the United States this upcoming season.”

Among his accomplishments with Mervin Manufacturing, Hughes increased worldwide revenue from $10 million in 2003 to $25 million in 2010 as well as developed and managed 30 worldwide sales representatives, agencies and distributors. Before joining Mervin’s team, he worked as a brands sales manager for Morrow Snowboards, a company he started at as a sales representative.
