Coronet Peak

Celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, Coronet Peak is a ski area easily accessible from Queenstown.
Coronet Peak is a roller coaster of terrain with several connected bowls. Freestylers will enjoy the natural side hits.
The Remarkables

The Remarkables is a ski area with relatively gentle slopes, but when it snows, you can go to special powder courses as there is enough snow.
There is also a park, which is good for freestyle riders.
The Remarkables is less popular than Coronet Peak, which is also accessible from Queenstown.
Cardrona

Probably the ski area with the most park features. There is also a halfpipe used in the World Cup. Snowboarding competitions are also held here.
Professional snowboarders from the northern hemisphere use this mountain as a summer training ground.
The Cardrona ski area is accessible from Wanaka, and some people access it from Queenstown, although it is further away.
Treble Cone

It is a popular ski resort for advanced snowboarders.
