４つのポイント。
?アプローチ、?スピン・オン、?スライド、?アウト。
アプローチでは、ヒールからスタートし、乗る前にトゥに乗る。
スピン・オン（乗る）で最も大切なことは、ボードの先が引っかからないようにしっかりと距離を保つこと。
レールに乗ったら、あとは頭と肩の向きだけ。ボードが真横に行くように頭と肩をリードしよう。
ボードの真ん中に乗るようにしよう。ヒールに乗り過ぎないように、また逆にトゥに乗り過ぎないように。真ん中を意識すること。
アウトでは、スイッチをオススメする。レギュラーに戻すと逆回転することになるから。
ランディングの部分をしっかりと見て、アウトのタイミングを測る。
そうすることで、スムーズにスイッチ・ランディングに導けるよ。
