お待たせしました！毎月第３木曜日にお届けするSIGNAL実験企画「ETT」！
日本でも各地から初降雪のニュースが入り、ゲレンデオープンも間近に控えていますが、カリフォルニア州マンモスマウンテンは先日オープニングを迎えました。
そんなマンモスマウンテンの名前にちなんだ、「マンモススノーボード」が今回のテーマです。
どこが「マンモス」かと言うと、ズバリ大きさ、というか「長さ」です！
世界で最も長いスノーボード、なんと10フィート（約３メートル）に挑戦しました！
アイデアはシンプルですが、実際に製作に取りかかると完全にオーバーサイズの為に既存のマシンで製作する事ができず、予想外の苦戦を強いられる事に。
さあ、果たして世界新記録は生まれるのか？！ その板は一体どんな動きを見せてくれるのか？！
チームライダーのIAN THORLEYがテストライドに参加、さらに盟友JOHN JACKSON、バキュームボード制作第一弾で登場した大先輩TERRY KIDWELLも友情出演！

ETT Season 5, episode 2: A Mammoth snowboard for opening day at Mammoth Mountain! In this episode of Every Third Thursday, Dave Lee and the entire Signal Snowboard factory crew team up on a huge project—a 10-foot long (304 cm) snowboard. The whole factory needs to be rearranged to create this behemoth board, but it pays off in the end. The board is mounted on top of the 4Runner and the crew arrives just in time for opening day at Mammoth Mountain. Check out team rider Ian Thorley turn heads as he laps the park and kicks the season off in a BIG way!
